The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice, a proposal, or an offer of services. No client relationship is created by visiting this website or submitting a contact form.

3. Contact form submissions

Submitting a message through our contact form constitutes a request for an initial conversation only. It does not create a contractual obligation on either party. We reserve the right to decline any inquiry at our sole discretion. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. Information shared through our contact form is treated as private and is reviewed only by the principal assessing fit. Detailed disclosure on either side occurs only after a mutual NDA is executed. See our privacy policy for details on data handling.

6. Limitation of liability

DERBAZI provides this website "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
